Project Description

The project consists of an island site fronting onto Shelbourne Road and bounded by One Ballsbridge Development to the North, Franklin House, and Hume House to the West, and Shelbourne Hall Residences to the South. IPC House is an existing 5 storey 2nd generation office building, built c. 1974, of pre cast concrete construction with glazed/brick infill occupies the site.

The existing building is to be demolished and a new 9,398m² mixed use development including retail and commercial office space is to be built. The new building will be a 7 storey development over a single storey below ground basement.
