Fairgreen Student Accommodation will provide homes for 153 students in Galway, dispersed over 58 no. units. 

This residential project totals 5,927m² and was an incredibly challenging build, with works being carried out whilst the live bus termini operated on a business as usual basis at street level. The student accommodation and shared communal/social areas are housed over five storeys. GARLAND provided Assigned Certifier services on this development.
