The goals of Garland include a commitment to achieve sustainable development. As Consulting Engineers we give highest priority to the short term and long term welfare, safety and health of the community. We consider the local, regional, global and cumulative effects of our projects.

Garland accepts the challenge of protecting the endangered environment and due to our professional training we have a particular role and obligation towards its protection. We aim to provide leadership in achieving sustainable development - Development that will meet the long-term needs of future generations, without causing major modification to the Earth’s ecosystem.

Garland personnel are trained and experienced in the handling of complex environmental issues. We combine our traditional skills with broader applications of physics, chemistry, biology and other disciplines to lead interdisciplinary teams towards achieving acceptable environmental solutions.
