Simon Dunne

Simon is a Chartered Structural Engineer with the Institution of Structural Engineers and Engineers Ireland and sits on the IStructE Design Practice Risk and Structural Safety Committee. He has recently completed his term as Secretary for the Republic of Ireland Regional Group and remains a sitting member of the Regional Group committee.

Simon has a particular interest in Building Information Modelling and aside from having completed numerous project to BIM Level 2 he is a qualified Project Information Manager, Task Information Manager and has presented to the Construction IT Alliance on the BIM Level 2 adoption of the National Children’s Hospital Ireland.

Originally from Wexford and educated in Waterford, Simon is delighted to be bringing his young family back to the Sunny South East.
