Planning has been granted by An Bord Pleanála for a major new scheme at Bishop’s Quay, Lower Cecil Street and Henry Street in Limerick, Ireland.  GARLAND are proud to be acting as civil and structural engineers on this development which extends to up 15 storeys. The development is located across from our Limerick Office.

The development consists of a mixed-use commercial and residential development scheme on lands comprising a brownfield site of approx. 0.4ha, located in Limerick City Centre.
