491 Students beds delivered as Assigned Certifier

Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government Eoghan Murphy T.D. officially opened GSA's new 491 bed Student Accommodation at Kavanagh Court in Dublin on 12 September. GARLAND are delighted to have acted as Assigned Certifier on this fabulous project.

Located on the corner of Gardiner Street and Summerhill, this new build development contains 491 beds for students looking for a high-spec home in the heart of the city. The seven storey residence is comprised of 88 self-catering apartments. All apartments were designed with students in mind, offering generous kitchen spac, and spacious bedrooms with plenty of built-in storage. All bedrooms include their own study area complete with a chair and a desk with an integrated whiteboard.
