New Arthur Cox HQ Fit-Out - Shortlisted for Fit-Out Awards 2017

Arthur Cox have occupied a new building at Hatch Street Lower taking the ground floor plus six floors above with 2 levels of basement. Level -1 is car parking and some ancillary back-of-house space. Level -2 is a full gym with changing space, back-of-house services and plant.

The total fit-out value of the works was €25m.The office is situated in the heart of Dublin’s traditional office CBD and forms part of a substantial office precinct with a varied layout per floor house over 600 employees in offices from 1st to 5th with the full 6th dedicated to meeting rooms of various sizes.

Planning permission was granted in September 2014 to allow an extensive fit out to provide over 11,000m2 (121,000 ft2) of top quality, modern office space finished to high quality.

This project has been shortlisted for the Fit Out Awards 2017 - Fit Out Project of the Year - Large Office. The winners will be revealed at the gala awards ceremony on Thursday, November 2nd at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road, Dublin.
