GARLAND success in Conservation Sector

Building on previous success in the conservation sector, with Belvedere House and Kilboy House completed to critical acclaim (Kilboy House named as 'The Greatest New House in Europe' by Country Life Magazine), GARLAND has recently handed over 42/43 Westland Row and won two further conservation projects.

GARLAND provided C&S services for the refurbishment of two protected structures at 42/43 Westland Row, read more about the project here.

We are also delighted to confirm our appointment on a further two new projects in the conservation sector: the refurbishment and conservation of 94 St Stephen's Green and Fernbank House.

Working again with Lafferty Project Management on 94 St Stephen's Green, we will be providing Assigned Certifer services for the full refurbishment of the existing protected structure for residential use. We are also working with Mitchell McDermott Construction Consultants on the refurbishment of Fernbank House. This will involve conserving the existing protected structure and monitoring the new build modern extension. On completion Fernbank House will be for residential use.
