1BQ, Limerick Shortlisted for Awards

GARLAND are very proud that 1BQ in Limerick, Ireland has been shortlisted for a number of awards this year including:

• ACEI Engineering Excellence Awards 2025 - Structural Large
• Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) Republic of Ireland Regional Hub Awards 2025 - Medium Category
• Building & Architect of the Year Awards - Building of the Year - Office (Medium)
• Irish Building & Design Awards - Project of the Year
• Irish Building & Design Awards - Mixed-Use Project of the Year

1BQ is a 18,232m2 development which consitsted of a mixed-use commercial and residential development on lands comprising a brownfield site of approx. 0.4ha, located in Limerick City Centre. FInd out more about the project here.
