Healthcare
All healthcare buildings from hospitals to hospices, mental health units to primary care centres must be efficiently built and negate potential future problems. These buildings are subject to complex regulations and require skilled and experienced personnel to design. The 24/7 nature of healthcare facilities further dictates the careful planning required in new-build phased construction or the redevelopment of a live campus. With an international portfolio, Garland maintains a long and impressive track record in delivering innovative healthcare solutions with world class architects and clients.
Since the 1930’s we have been involved in the original and continued development of a number of Ireland’s largest healthcare facilities from St. James’s Hospital, Limerick Regional Hospital, Coombe Women and Infants University Hospital, Nenagh Hospital, Mount Carmel Hospital, St. Mary’s in Mullingar, Beaumont Hospital to Tallaght Hospital. Throughout our healthcare involvement we have realised thousands of beds and an even greater area of out-patient and backup services. Internationally we have completed healthcare projects in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
