Project Description
The project involved the development of 1 – 6 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay in the South Dublin Docklands. The building is to be known as 1SJRQ and will provide its tenants with views of the River Liffey.
The merge of old and new architecture includes combing a restored tramway entrance with two industrial era buildings and an impressive new six-storey grade A office complex.
The building includes a 212m² lobby with a 24m high atrium, panoramic full-height glazing and a basement containing a gym as well as ample bike and car parking.
1SJRQ is officially LEED Gold Certified.
