Project Description
35 Shelbourne Rd is the epitome of the modern office space, designed to provide light filled spacious offices while meeting the highest of environmental standards. With fully glazed exterior curtain walls and a massive six-storey glazed internal atrium, natural light flows in from all possible angles, allowing for beautifully light filled office spaces, each with four metre slab-to-slab office height.
Approaching from the street, the newly streetscaped entrance with its granite and concrete paving, feature planting and integrated lighting leads the visitor through extra height revolving reception doors into the gorgeous reception area, where a combination of natural stone tiles and feature lighting create a stunning first impression.
35 Shelbourne Road is one of a number of environmentally designed modern office buildings that GARLAND has worked on. We know what it takes to meet sustainability standards and 35 Shelbourne Road is no exception, meeting nZEB / Target LEED Gold / BER A3 energy ratings through a range of measures, one of the key aspects being rainwater harvesting. Using recycled rainwater, this LEED building utilizes rooftop photovoltaic solar panels to generate an energy supply up to 2-7 KWh/M²/year.
