Project Description
Airside Business Park was developed as a Science and Technology Complex set on 15 hectares, driven by the need for flexible economic office space of a world class specification. Garland’s role involved full design, detailing and construction inspection of 8 buildings (of total area 31,374m2 and ranging in height from two-storeys to six-storeys), over 780 associated surface and basement car-parking spaces, package treatment plants and 1km of public roadway. Features include architectural lighting, high efficiency lighting, solar thermal collection and fully air-conditioned offices.
