Project Description
Garland delivered civil & structural engineering services for the City East Retail Park for Parkes Properties in 2008. Top retailers including B&Q, Harvey Normans and Halfords snapped up units at this favourably located industrial park. In total the Park covers an area of 13,680m2 with ten units measuring between 685m2 and 4645m2. Within easy driving distance of Limerick, the Park was designed with parking for more than 500 cars.
