Project Description
A prestigious development consisting of showrooms and ancillary buildings for BMW, Mini, Lexus and Toyota dealerships. The contract involved the construction of 5 new units with ancillary external services (roads, surface water drainage, water supply and wastewater). Structural works consisted of 3 retail buildings and 2 workshops, constructed with a steel structure formed by frames.
The front elevations of the showrooms was designed and formed with planer glassed panels restrained by glass fines or spider brackets. Office space was provided on a mezzanine floor, consisting of pre-cast concrete floor slabs supported on solid block walls and steel members.
