Project Description

The project involved the high specification fit-out of the ground floor reception and the following two floors of a modern shell and core building. The brief was to create a world-class healthcare facility capable of generating the feeling of a spa environment. This was achieved by using luxury finishes as well as classic and bespoke furniture of the highest quality while taking careful steps to guarantee the privacy of spaces.

 Samson House itself comprises of operating theatres, a recovery room, staff changing area, reception, catering and sanitary facilities, high-end patient rooms, waiting rooms, conference facilities, and superior staff facilities including a gym and terrace area. Extensive use of glazed partitioning is made throughout the building. The works included the installation of partitions, raised floor, suspended ceilings and new mechanical and electrical installations to provide hair clinical facilities together with associated reception and client and administrative areas.
