Project Description

42/43 Westland Row is a set of two protected structures that house office space in Dublin city centre. No. 42 is a three-storey building over basement, while No. 43 is a four-storey over basement.

GARLAND provided C&S services for the refurbishment of both protected structures and the demolition of an existing building to the rear to make way for a new two-storey building with atrium.

 The completed building is home to modern, stylishly finished office space in the heart of Dublin.
