Project Description
The project commenced with an enabling works contract to secure the site and construct a boundary wall around the site. The project involved the construction of a 16 classroom Primary School with 2 autistic units, a sports hall and external sports facilities. Temporary accommodation was required to enable the construction works. When the new building was complete the temporary accommodation was removed off site and re-installed on another site for Tyrellstown Educate Together.
Garland took the school through the 9 stages of the Department of Education’s Design Team Procedures.
