Project Description
The contemporary ORBSEN Building is a striking and valuable addition to the National University campus in Galway. This structure was designed to house the Environmental Change Institute and the National Centre for Biomedical Engineering Science, as well as a 150-seat restaurant and adjoining kitchen. The building also holds an Animal House and Vector Core Facility. It further incorporates a number of analytical laboratories which range from class 100,000 to class 1 cabinets. The project was completed to great acclaim in 2004.
