Project Description
This is a state of the art primary care centre to service the community of Croom, Co Limerick.
The building is a 2 storey structure with a gross floor area totalling 1,280m2. The project also included the construction of a single storey annexe, a 60 surface car-parking spaces at grade and a new entrance to the site from the existing roadway. The project required the construction of a new storm-water drainage outfall to the Liskiltagh River and all associated site works. The site levels were manipulated to retain a potential flood storage volume post development of the site.
