Project Description

This project involved the refurbishment of an existing building from an assembly of electrical equipment to a pharmaceutical processing plant involving mixing/blending, granulation and drying of chemicals into tablets. Works were carried out externally and internally with the construction of a new mezzanine floor (suspended from roof) and installation of process plant equipment (involved new stainless steel process drainage), air handling units, dust collection and a process waste treatment facility.

An extension to an existing pharmaceutical processing plant was constructed. The extension included a new production area, ultra clean cells with associated quality control laboratories. Also due to the extensive amount of existing services a new services design layout was required.
