Project Description

The project which is the will be the first of its kind in the sub-region, will stimulate start-ups and ensure the growth of indigenous technology and knowledge-based businesses. The 20 Hectare park is planned to be completed over a number of phases.  Phase one includes  the construction of three two storey advance building units, each 1,450m2 in area, a two-storey 4,400m2 training and administration unit and a 1,050m2 services unit.  Phase two would include the construction of further units plus the provision of serviced land for individual companies.  At present, the phase 1 infrastructure, along with a single advance building, is under construction.
