Major activity related to the identification and correction of several serious deficiencies in the engineering designs and tender documentation of South A (the first phase development) and designs, drawings and other documents for the remainder of the Namanve site. If left uncorrected the deficiencies would have led to serious adverse consequences for the UIA both financially and otherwise. The engineering designs and tender documentation for South A were undertaken by another consultant.
