Project Description

The project involved the major extension and refurbishment to the existing Horse and Jockey Hotel, Bar and Restaurant. The new 2 storey extension included a Conference Auditorium, meeting rooms, a relaxation spa, and a beauty, fitness and leisure centre with swimming pool at ground floor level. There were 30 additional bedrooms with a gym provided at 1st floor level.

External works involved the modifications to the site entrance, additional car parking spaces, landscape works, drainage and sewage treatment system.
